My experience at the IAP Symposium Innovative Leadership: Transforming Higher Education in the Digital Age was riveting. The major questions of what and where should higher education should go in an era of forceful and continuous change was packed with nuances presented by top notch faculty from Harvard and MIT, but also by peers (attendees) from different parts of the world. There is no straight answer to these questions, but the quest for them, and the knowledge of being part of such a distinguished group motivates my personal and professional growth in higher education -my field of work and study.
