Escuela de Empresas offers business programs to improve professional and business performance. The portfolio of programs includes master’s degrees and executive education that foster the critical thinking necessary to find innovative and current solutions to the challenges facing organizations.
The programs combine the development of the skills demanded by companies with the philosophy of the liberal arts, and that is why our graduates stand out for their ability to successfully interact at the highest level with their peers in Ecuador and in the world.
MASTERS DEGREES
We offer master’s degrees in Business Administration, accredited by the Association of MBAs – AMBA, Marketing and Banking Management and Financial, in face-to-face mode.
BUSINESS EDUCATION
We have certifications, diplomas, certificates, international diplomas, continuing education courses and classified projects in a portfolio of programs open to the public, in-company and consulting, in the areas of quality and productivity, talent development, finance, management and strategy. , leadership, marketing and sales; in face-to-face, hybrid and virtual modality.
In general, the mission of executive education programs is to update key competencies (knowledge, skills and attitudes) in a specific area of business management, and enhance its applicability in the professional work reality.

TEACHERS
The professors at Escuela de Empresa have more than 15 years of academic, practical and business experience. There are 80 directors – managers, 30 academic teachers, and 20 international professors; 85% are professionals with master’s degrees and doctorates. The liberal spirit and personal leadership that our professors transmit in classes, allow us to enhance the applicability and personal development of students.

UNIVERSIDAD SAN FRANCISCO DE QUITO

Universidad San Francisco de Quito USFQ is the best University in Ecuador and #60 in Latin America. Every year, our campuses vibrate with 8,400 undergraduate and graduate students from more than 80 nationalities and countries (including 500 indigenous students and 900 international students), 967 professors and staff, 10 colleges and academic schools, and 51 careers.
LIBRARY
The USFQ library serves the university community and the general public; It has a selected and updated collection of books in all areas of knowledge, subscriptions to the most important scientific and technical journals; and an extensive collection of audiovisual materials. The USFQ library is the repository of the bibliographic collections of the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank and the United Nations Organization.


CENTRO DE MEDIACIÓN Y ARBITRAJE
Centro de arbitraje y mediación is another of the services that the University offers to the community, since it is an office aimed at providing mediation services for people and groups that need priority attention and whose resources do not allow them to go to an institution let it be rented. The service is provided by qualified mediators, generally professors and former students of the School of Jurisprudence who have the constant support of the students of both the Legal Clinic and the Legal Clinic. Centro de arbitraje y mediación has signed training agreements with several private entities for the proper training of mediators. The cases are dealt with after reception and detailed analysis of each one, as well as they are sent from the Legal Office.
CONTACTO EMPRESARIAL
Contacto Empresarial is a unique experience offered by the Universidad San Francisco de Quito USFQ to its students to optimize the start of their work relationships with the most prestigious companies and organizations in the country. Every year USFQ organizes the Business Contact Day, which is attended by executives from dozens of invited companies to meet and interview our students who are about to graduate. The main objective of the Contacto Empresarial is to create suitable channels between the new professionals graduated from USFQ and the demands of the market, also benefiting the entrepreneur by providing highly qualified professionals under the philosophy of Liberal Arts.


EPIKVS
Epikvs Catering Boutique is a catering concept that creates unique and personalized gastronomic events. Its high-level professional team maintains the ideals of innovating and producing perfection in all its events. We attend only one event at a time, which guarantees all the care that each client deserves. The culinary offer that we present is different and personalized for each client. We stand out for creating menus to the taste of the host and preparing the food in the place of the event, guaranteeing exact cooking terms; perfect aromas and textures.
INSTITUTO CONFUCIO
Instituto Confucio is an international educational organization that operates in 144 countries with more than 550 Institutes around the world. Its mission is to promote the Chinese language and culture in Ecuador, complying with the highest standards of pedagogical and educational quality in the teaching of the Chinese language.
Instituto Confucio is established at the Universidad San Francisco de Quito as the first and only Confucius Institute in the country, under the auspices of the Chinese Government, the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Ecuador and the China Petroleum University.


IDEA
Instituto de Enseñanza y Aprendizaje (IDEA) was created in 2008 in order to improve the quality of education in Ecuador. IDEA currently benefits thousands of professionals from Ecuador and abroad every year. Its mission is to contribute to the improvement of educational quality by actively supporting quality processes in evidence-based research, continuous teacher training, communication between teachers, parents and students, self-knowledge and vocational offer to young people, and dissemination of high-quality academic pedagogical resources. . SIME
The USFQ medical system was created in 1996; It consists of four ambulatory medical care clinics and an Institute of Health Safety and Business Environment. In relation to outpatient medical care, we have managed to create a model that meets the needs of the patient in one place. In a single site, doctors have the necessary diagnostic tools for a detailed understanding of the clinical case. The team of doctors, nurses, technologists, and administrators focus on treating the patient with patience, affection, agility, professionalism, and respect.

QUITO
Universidad San Francisco de Quito is located in the Cumbayá Valley, to the east of Quito, an area characterized by its spring weather. Its privileged space within USFQ allows students to access the most up-to-date library and newspaper library in the country, a virtual education platform with state-of-the-art technology, and a variety of restaurants.
Escuela de Empresa has facilities in the Hayek building of USFQ. The classrooms are equipped with the necessary resources to provide an optimal environment and facilitate the dynamics of the classes.
GUAYAQUIL
Escuela de Empresas USFQ has facilities in the city of Guayaquil located in The Point building, located in the northern area of the port of Santa Ana in a real estate and tourist complex. It has several buildings, shops, museums and a boardwalk.

ESCUELA DE EMPRESAS PROFESSOR
Escuela de Empresas Professor plans, organizes, implements and evaluates the courses or projects under his charge, jointly and in accordance with the guidelines of the Coordination of Academic Development and Business Coordination. Ensures the quality of their work in all phases of the performance improvement model (MODE). He works together with the coordinators to implement applicative courses, focused on the expectations of the students and clients, on the learning objectives, and based on a high quality instructional design and development. It provides academic and practical content for internal and external communication, participates in the consultative exchange between professors, research projects, linkage, and continuous improvement.
